Customer Satisfaction Survey Results
The prestigious New York-based research firm of Joseph Ramos Inc., which has conducted research for companies such as Lever Brothers, Procter & Gamble and M&M Mars, were hired to perform an independent Customer Satisfaction Survey of RainSoft customers. The survey results indicated nearly 100% customer satisfaction. We found that RainSoft customers were enjoying the many benefits that RainSoft water has to offer, including the following:

Over half of the RainSoft users said they saved 41% or more on laundry detergent purchases.

78% noted an improvement in the taste of beverages made with water; savings on the purchase of coffee, tea and juices averaged 18%.

58% said the taste of foods cooked or rinsed in water improved.

90% noticed fewer streaks and water spots on dishes and glasses.

90% said their skin felt softer after showering and bathing.

62% said it improved a skin condition such as dry skin or eczema.

73% said they saved time and effort when housecleaning.
